Welcome to the Kids Gardening and Cooking Center, where we inspire children aged 2-18 to grow, learn, and enjoy the benefits of farm-to-table living. Our hands-on classes are available at several convenient locations, and we accept charter funding as a payment option.
Today we learn about seedlings… Tomorrow we feed the world!
Would you like a home garden where your kids can grow, teach, and savor fresh produce? At our center, we focus on both gardening and farm-to-table cooking, teaching children how to plant vegetables and herbs from seed. Once their seedlings are ready, they’ll transplant them into pots or garden beds and learn to care for them as they grow. As part of our program, children will also experience the full cycle by harvesting the crops and creating healthy, delicious recipes from their own harvest—making farm-to-table cooking a major focus of their learning experience.
Our classes are designed for individuals, groups, and private one-on-one sessions, both onsite and offsite (with a minimum of two students for private sessions). You can choose from semester, weekly, or single-session options. Every child will take home seedlings or transplants, and they even have the opportunity to create their very own home garden bed to continue growing their plant babies.
