Earning Free classes with the Host Program is a great way to incorporate social fun and learning together Our host program gives families an opportunity to group their friends and family into one great gardening experience. And we can bring it all to you! You can host a class that is already on our schedule or you can create your own.
Your class can vary in duration and time- for example: •1 day – 3 hour class •3 weeks – 1 hour classes (1 day per week) •5 week – 2 hour classes (1 day per week) •12 week semester – 1 hour classes (1 day per week) •Or Create Your Own Group Class
How it works: When you bring a class of 10 or more students, your gift from us for your referral is 1 or 3 options of your choice. • 1FREE STUDENTS of your choice in the hosted class •1 FREE PRIVATE SESSION (upon schedule availability) •FREE garden supply package (packages vary while supplies last) Give us a Call, text or email with your •Location •Requested class duration & time •A few possible start dates & times •A partial class list of 5
Your location can be: •Our KGC site in Riverside •Your choice of home, park (approved by city), community center, church or safe dwelling •One of our current classes on the schedule not filled yet We offer classes year round to students as well as interested adults. Our approved vendors are MVA, PCA,CBA, Springs Charter Schools, Granite Mountain, Blue Ridge, Sage Oak, Sky Mountain and ILEAD. We also accept non charter students. You can recommend us to your charter if we are currently not approved with your school. . Classes ages Suggestions but parents overall make that decision in our classes. Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult.
ADDITIONAL FEE INFORMATION:We except Instructional Funds, Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks- no checks please Currently we except Instructional Funds from our approved vendors. If you would like to use your Instructional Funds from a different Charter School Please contact us via the form located on the Contact/Registration page. When using Instructional Funds please attempt to order your class at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure an Enrichment Certificate, Purchase Order or Invoice has arrived to use before class start day. If you aren't able to order 2 weeks in advance please let us know in the notes in the contact box and we can verify funds through your Charter. If you have not secured payment with your students charter by first day of class and your student remains enrolled you as their guardian will be responsible for their class fees. Space is limited.
